Mince Pie, aka 'Bitch With A Pink Uzi', acquired her unusual name at the age of eight while having a food-eating contest with her big brother (she won). After accidentally boarding a plane to Australia at the age of 15 she decided that she wanted to be a pilot and is now working as an actress, waitress, secretary, and shop assistant in order to pay for her flying school fees in California. This is her first feature film.
